Product Details
1. SafeSecure has two types of Tyvek packaging solutions, hot melt adhesive and water-based adhesive, which are suitable for automatic packaging machines for soft blister forming, automatic packaging machines for hard blister forming, and automatic sealing machines for rigid blister.
2. It can be used for medical devices which are high risk, heavy weight and the surface with tough protrusion.
3. It can be used with flat laminated film, forming film and rigid blister material (PVC, PETG, APET, etc.)
4. Hot melt adhesive coating Tyvek: Tyvek1073B/Tyvek1059B/Tyvek2FS+20-24g hot melt adhesive coating.
Grid coated structure has the advantages of ultra-clean, high air permeability, high resistance to bacteria, puncture resistance, strong sealing, wide heat sealing window, and visual transfer.
5. Water-based adhesive coating Tyvek: Tyvek1073B/Tyvek1059B/Tyvek2FS+10-13g Water-based adhesive coating.
It has the advantages of environmental protection, good ventilation, high resistance to bacteria, puncture resistance, strong sealing, wide heat sealing window, visual transfer, and can be sealed with various materials.
