Product Details
1. SafeSecure has a variety of adhesive packaging solutions such as hot melt adhesive coated paper and water-based adhesive coated paper, which are suitable for Three-Edge sealing & Four-Edge sealing automatic machine and soft blister FFS machine.
2. It is recommended for medical devices with smooth contact surface, stereo, heavy-ish, and light/oxygen-insensitives and need to be transparent and visible.
3. It can be sealed with flat laminted film, forming film and coated paper.
4. Hot melt adhesive coated paper: 60/70/80g medical paper + 8g hot melt adhesive . Grid coated structure has the advantages of high cleanliness, high air permeability, strong sealing, wide heat sealing window, visual transfer, clean peeling, and stable performance.
5. Water-based adhesive coated paper: 60/70/80g medical paper + 3-5g water-based adhesive. It has the advantages of environmental protection, high cleanliness, high air permeability, strong sealing, wide heat sealing window, visual transfer, clean peeling, and stable performance.
Comply with ISO11607-1, GB/ 19633-1, EN 868-7, YY/T 0698.7 etc.
