Production Environment

 

was established in 2003. We are a leading medical packaging manufacturer specializing in a wide variety of sterilization packaging used by medical device companies. We also offer integrated service of medical device packaging design, validation and sterilization.

 

 

Production capacity

 
From year 2007, we build the workshop of 100,000 grade. So far, we have 100,000 grade workshop ( ISO Class 8) above 5000㎡,and all the production process of medical device package can produce in the 100,000 work shop, and also we have an 10,000 grade work shop,  that can meet the high requirement of Class III medical device.
 
 
 

R & D strength

 

Safe Secure is ISO 13485 certified and QSR 820 compliant. Our products are FDA registered and CE certified. We also got 510(k) approval for certain products according to US FDA regulations and SFDA manufacturing license according to China State FDA regulations.
